So this summer I spent some time tuning my skills in a class on using google apps for educators, so you may see some of these benefits in the class this year. I also spent a lot of time on the beach, surfed, played volleyball, etc. And lastly my wife and I traveled to Hawaii for 10 days in August

AVID Family, Welcome to AVID with Dan, Blog Edition! I have decided to create this blog to update you with all things AVID for the 2016-17 school year. I will post all sorts of things here so be sure to check it out from time to time. Mainly I will update with AVID class news, share samples of excellent student, post extra credit assignments, and occasionally review some colleges for you to check out. First off, welcome back from summer vacation, I hope you enjoyed it. I am very excited to spend our second year together, and continue our journey and path to college acceptance!
